Michael Gruber will be speaking at the Michigan
Growth Capital Symposium
on May 16. Michael will be
participating on the panel Common Terms and
Conditions in Early Stage and Venture Financing. This will be a primer
on what to expect from seed, angel, incubator and venture
funding sources. Seasoned investors will share their
experiences in an interactive discussion. The complete

Cornerstone Angels has recently joined the Angel
Capital Association, a group composed of angel groups
across the country. The national summit was held in Chicago
from May 23-25. Cornerstone will look to be active in
syndication of investments with other groups.
