Membership
Cornerstone Angels is a membership
based organization composed of successful executives and
entrepreneurs as well as dedicated investors who meet the SEC
definition of an accredited investor. Membership is by
invitation only. We are looking for members who can add value
to the organization through domain or functional expertise,
and are looking for active participants to be involved in our
activities in addition to having the means to make
appropriate investments.

We are willing and open to co-invest
alongside other investors, and as such, welcome investor
groups to share with us their opportunities. In addition, we
will share our investment opportunities with other parties as

Funding Structure
Investments and participation only available to accredited
investors. If you meet the qualifications of an accredited
investor, and would like to learn more, please contact us for
more detailed information.
Direct
Investments directly into each company opportunity, either as
individuals or thorugh an single purpose investment
entity.
Cornerstone
Opportunity Fund I, LLC
Fund that will invest on
an opportunistic basis in both early stage and late
stage investments along with a partner investment entity. For later
stage investments, the Fund will provide investors with
opportunities that have been funded by top tier venture
capital firms in what will typically be a last funding round
prior to filing to go public.
Until finalization of this structure, investments through
Cornerstone Angels will be done Direct.
