Fund that will invest on an opportunistic basis in both early stage and late stage investments along with a partner investment entity. For later stage investments, the Fund will provide investors with opportunities that have been funded by top tier venture capital firms in what will typically be a last funding round prior to filing to go public.
Until finalization of this structure, investments through Cornerstone Angels will be done Direct.
