Cornerstone Opportunity Partners, LLC
A pooled investment vehicle (Series LLC entity) that invests in deals on a deal by deal basis. The fund will be focus on companies that have gone through the Cornerstone Angels process, but will be opportunistic in investing on deals on an off-cycle basis as well. Target investments by the fund will be a minimum of $100K for an initial investment (with potential up to $1 million), and will be active in follow-on rounds. The Fund has over 20 portfolio companies to date.
