Cornerstone Angels is a membership based organization composed of successful executives and entrepreneurs as well as dedicated investors who meet the SEC definition of an accredited investor. Membership is by invitation only. We have recently re-opened membership to a select group of qualified individuals.
There is no geographic limitation on members, and through our technology and communications capability, members can be active in the group’s activities worldwide. At same time, we encourage members to remain active in their participation, and to attend at least 2-3 meetings each year.
We are looking for members who can add value to the organization through domain or functional expertise, and are looking for active participants to be involved in our activities in addition to having the means to make appropriate investments.
In accordance with our guiding principles, Cornerstone selects its members carefully. To become a new member, applications will require both nominations from existing members and references.
